Peridot's nicknaming game is incredibly weak, because why the heck should she call them by anything other than what they are? Individuality is for organic chumps.
Someday, maybe, she will change her tune.

MUD
BEEDRILL, the Poison Bee Pokemon ♀ | "MUD"
OT: Peridot
Level: 17
Type: Bug/Poison
Ability: Shield Dust; Prevents additional effects of attacks taken.
Nature & Characteristic: Impish, Alert to Sounds.
Moveset: Poison Sting, String Shot, Bug Bite, Harden, Focus Energy, Twineedle
Met at: Ilex Forest (level 15, as weedle) | (Fall 4th Wall Event, 2015)
Peridot is not fond of Mud. The two met back when the trainer found herself lost in Ilex Forest thanks to a glitch that transported her right out of the Rocket Base and directly into the woods. While she was wandering around in a panic, Mud decided to drop out of a tree and make herself comfortable in Peridot's rhombus shaped hair (Peridot having reverted to her natural body temporarily; another effect of the glitch). Well... The Pokemon-phobic Rocket Grunt didn't take kindly to this invasion of her personal space, once several people on the network pointed out the creature's presence in her cranial follicles. She shook the weedle out onto the ground and then proceeded to try and squish it with the first blunt object she had on hand: A Pokeball, snatched up in the heat of the moment.
For a while, Peridot refused to acknowledge Mud's existence. Once she started taking team building more seriously though, she started letting the weedle out more frequently. Already at level 15 when she was first captured, Mud swiftly evolved into kakuna and then beedrill... and Peridot is even more frightened of letting her out now than she was before. In this case, that fear is a little more justified: Mud's sweet-natured confusion over her trainer's less than friendly attitude towards her has curdled into resentment, and Peridot is understandably nervous about letting a 3-foot tall angry wasp that isn't keen about following her orders out to play.
